1. Return Policy

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and returned in the same packaging as received.
  • Procedure: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of $250 applies to all returns.
  • Deduction: This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

2. Warranty Policy

  • Duration: All products come with a 1-year warranty.
  • Coverage: The warranty covers internal product failures for the dialysis components only. All other features of the simulator comes as a bonus.
  • Repair Terms: Products under warranty will be repaired. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the repair process.

3. Privacy Policy

  • Information Collection: We collect personal information necessary to process your order and provide customer service.
  • Usage: Your information is used solely for transaction processing, improving customer service, and communication purposes.
  • Protection: We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

4. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days in unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Time Frame: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Process: To cancel an order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
  • Charges: No cancellation fee will be applied if the order is canceled before shipment.  If order is shipped prior to cancellation, customer will be responsible for initiating a return at the customer’s expense and a $250 restocking fee will apply. Restocking fee will be deducted from refund.

  • Return Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling charges, which are based on the weight of the package and the destination zip code.

  • Estimation: Charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the package and the ship-to zip code.

Forfeiture Policy for Tampering or Misuse

Policy Statement

We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, any tampering with our products or using them in a manner not intended will result in the forfeiture of all warranties, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Definition of Tampering

Tampering includes, but is not limited to:

  • Altering, modifying, or repairing the product by anyone other than authorized personnel.
  • Removing or defacing serial numbers or product labels.
  • Using unauthorized parts or accessories with the product.

2. Definition of Misuse

Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using the product for purposes other than those intended by the manufacturer.
  • Operating the product outside of the recommended guidelines or specifications.
  • Subjecting the product to physical abuse, neglect, or improper storage conditions.

3. Consequences of Tampering or Misuse

  • Warranty Forfeiture: Any tampering or misuse of the product will immediately void the 1-year warranty.
  • Return and Refund Forfeiture: Products that have been tampered with or misused are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Exchange Forfeiture: Products that have been tampered with or misused are not eligible for exchange.
  • Repair Denial: Repairs will not be performed on products that have been tampered with or misused, and any previous repair agreements will be voided.

4. Inspection and Verification

  • Assessment: Upon receiving a product return or repair request, our technical team will inspect the product for signs of tampering or misuse.
  • Decision: If tampering or misuse is identified, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no warranty, return, refund, or exchange will be granted.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Proper Use: Customers are responsible for using the product according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and specifications.
  • Authorized Repairs: Any repairs must be conducted by our authorized service centers to avoid voiding the warranty and forfeiting other rights.
